Massaging your face with an oil
“Massaging is an essential step in maintaining a glow. The gesture stimulates the elimination of cellular waste, promotes oxygenation of the tissues, and improves their tone. My 3 oils of the moment are: 1/ Epara for black, dark, and mixed skin. Marula oil from African Botanics and Elixir II Nourishing Face & Décolleté Oil from Bastide.
